來自四個不同地方的石塊，它們內裡也像是蘊藏著不同的歷史資料和人物故事，亦因其形成方式，這些岩石是被壓縮了的一層層時間和空間。人類對其認識是從迄今無數地質學家的研究論述而來，但其實對於缺乏這門知識的人們（或許對專家們亦然），也不過是一些抽象的“專家式”推敲，看不懂的條碼。這作品以偏重於當代藝術形態的方式展示，對普遍觀者來說也是難以觸摸和讀取的抽象語言。藝術如果在作品本身不落言詮而獨立自足，又是擔當一個怎樣的條碼角色？作者與觀者之間的各自闡釋，也許只是無數的自說自話自聽自懂，但也無關重要，一切也將成為石頭上的一組組線，成為永續密碼裡的一個數字。石頭內藏著的畢竟也是造物主的語言，有別於人類的賦予性儲取或藝術世界的私密視覺語言。
